What conditions can you help with?
I work with clients experiencing chronic health issues, including fatigue, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and mental health concerns. I also specialise in paediatric cases, such as ADHD and autism. Each treatment plan is personalised to your needs.

What are your qualifications?

I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition at Torrens University. I am also registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association, which requires me to complete continued education.

CLINIC CONSULTS

How long does each consult run for?

Initial consults have a run time of approximately 45-60 minutes. Return consults will generally run for 30 minutes.

Do you provide telehealth consultations?
Yes! Telehealth is available for all clients, both local and interstate. Virtual consultations follow the same thorough process as in-clinic visits, and are conducted via Zoom. I am currently offering Telehealth only until my new clinic space is available.

How do I prepare for my first consultation?
Please bring any relevant medical reports, lab results, and a list of medications or supplements you are currently taking. This ensures a comprehensive assessment and gives me all the information I need when creating your treatment plan.

How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on your condition, adherence to the plan, and the body’s healing response. Many clients see improvements within a few weeks, but chronic conditions often require longer timeframes for long-term, drastic change

Do you offer testing, and what kind?
Yes! Functional testing is available at extra cost, and may include mineral status, gut microbiome analysis, genetic testing (MTHFR), heavy metals, and other relevant markers. These tests help create a highly personalised and effective treatment plan.

Can I claim the consult on private health insurance?

You can claim with the following health funds, depending on your personal cover:

• APIA

• Medibank

• ARHG Group (CUA Health, HBF Health, Latrobe Health Services, Mildura Health Fund, Phoenix Health Fund, St Lukes Health and Westfund Health Insurance)

• NIB (GU Health, AAMI and Suncorp)

• Qantas Health Insurance

Does my child need to be present at their consultation?

I recommend bringing your child along to the initial consultation unless they have severe behavioural issues. Seeing them face-to-face helps me with my case analysis, and gives me the opportunity to get to know them!
For Zoom consults: a quick hello is useful.

What happens if I have to cancel?

At Health with Chi, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. There is no charge for cancellations made with over 24 hours notice. You will be charged for same-day cancellations, if the consultation is not rescheduled to an alternate date.

I haven’t received my treatment plan yet! When can I expect it?

Treatment plans will be sent after your first follow-up consult, after I have carefully analysed your case, seen test results, and discussed the protocol thoroughly with you.

For all ongoing consults, treatment plan updates will be sent within 24 hours.

ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

Who is online nutrition coaching for?

Online nutrition coaching is ideal for anyone who wants expert support from the comfort of their own home. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, looking to improve your energy, optimise gut or hormonal health, or simply want personalised guidance to feel your best, coaching provides flexible, evidence-based support tailored to you.

How does online coaching work?

All sessions are conducted via Zoom. After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a tailored plan and resources. Between sessions, you’ll have access to email support and regular check-ins to help keep you accountable and on track.

How do I pick the right program for me?

I offer a free phone call for anyone interested in signing up for a package. During the call, we will discuss your personal health goals and decide which package is most appropriate.

Are functional tests included in the program cost?

The functional healing package cost covers one functional test. Testing can be added on at additional cost in all other cases.

How soon can I expect results?

Everyone is different, and results depend on your unique health picture and how consistently changes are implemented. Some clients notice improvements within weeks, while more complex conditions may take longer. My goal is to help you make sustainable changes that last.

Can I continue working with you after my program finishes?

Absolutely! After your final coaching session, we will discuss options for ongoing support.
